Let the finished yard do the talking.
Sabal Landscape Co. is a fictional Jacksonville landscaping business created as a website concept. I built a custom site with a scroll-driven yard transformation, an interactive before-and-after slider, service selection, and a guided estimate request.

Landscaping is easier to understand when you can see it.
Sabal Landscape Co. is a fictional landscaping business concept based in Jacksonville, Florida, named after the sabal palm, the state's tree. The site shows how a local contractor could present outdoor projects through a visual story rather than a list of services and a few photos.
The central idea was one Florida home, shown before and after the landscaping work. Visitors control the transformation as they scroll, compare both versions with a slider, and choose a service when they're ready to request an estimate.
Homeowners need to picture the difference.
Landscaping is visual by nature, yet a typical service list leaves homeowners imagining the result instead of seeing what the work can change.
- Show the same property before and after the landscaping work.
- Let visitors control the transformation as they scroll.
- Compare both versions with an interactive slider.
- Explain each service and what's included.
- Guide homeowners through an estimate request without a long form upfront.
One yard became the whole design idea.
I started with the finished yard: a two-storey Florida home with fresh sod, palms, flower beds, a paver walkway, and path lights. I created a matching before image from the same viewpoint, then built the scroll-driven transformation around the two.
The first design direction felt too much like a luxury real estate listing. I revised it to suit a local contractor, using bold type, deep green, and fresh lime. I compared versions of each section on desktop and phone before choosing what stayed.

Make the transformation something visitors can control.
Scroll-Driven Transformation
Homeowners can see the yard change as they scroll, while the headline, estimate button, and phone number stay in view.
Before-and-After Slider
Visitors can compare the same property directly, moving the divider with a finger, mouse, or keyboard arrows.
Service Picker
Homeowners can explore landscaping options and what's included, with a photo and short description for each service.
Guided Estimate Request
Visitors can start with the service they want, then provide timing, ZIP code, name, and phone number through guided steps.
Phone-First Contact
Mobile visitors keep a call option within reach, while the estimate form gets room to work and reduced-motion settings show a still image.
See the yard change as you scroll.
A fixed camera, familiar Florida light, and hands-on comparisons let homeowners explore the transformation naturally on desktop or phone.

The before and after, built into the experience.
This concept demonstrates how a landscaping website can make completed work the center of the experience. The scroll-driven transformation, interactive comparison, service picker, and guided estimate request show how a contractor could help homeowners picture the possibilities and take the next step.
