How do you know before I do?
The site is checked around the clock from more than one place. Search and analytics data are pulled daily, and every check alerts me directly. The goal is for you to hear about a problem from me, not from a customer.
Is this SEO?
No. A care plan watches whether you’re indexed and whether search clicks hold. SEO is separate work aimed at improving where you rank. Pro includes routine technical SEO upkeep, but ongoing SEO is quoted separately.
Can you look after a site someone else built?
Often. I’ll review the technology, access, security and overall condition first. If I can take it on responsibly, I’ll tell you what’s needed before anything starts.
What counts as an edit?
Routine changes to existing text, images, links, hours and staff details count as edits. New pages, layouts, integrations and features are separate project work. Included edit time doesn’t roll over from one month to the next.
Do I need a care plan after my website launches?
No. The first year of hosting is covered with every website. After that, you can choose a care plan or Hosting Only at $10 a month. Without a care plan, edits are $35 an hour.
